Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

I provide language coaching, career coaching, and professional development services in English and German. These sessions may include language training, résumé and LinkedIn guidance, interview preparation, and personalized coaching tailored to individual or group needs.

2. Payment & Booking

All sessions must be booked in advance through the scheduling system or directly via email.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that schedules can change.
To respect both your time and mine, the following policy applies:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance:
  No charge. You may reschedule or request a refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session:
  The session fee is charged or deducted from your package.

• No-shows (missed sessions without notice):
  Are fully charged.

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will always be offered an alternative time or a full refund.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to me.
If you feel your first session did not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of that session.

For multi-session packages:

• Refunds are available for unused sessions.

• Completed sessions are not refundable, but I will always work with you to adjust the approach or goals if needed.

5. Communication & Expectations

Coaching is a collaborative process.
Clients are expected to participate actively, communicate honestly about goals and concerns, and practice skills between sessions as agreed.

6. Results Disclaimer

While I strive to provide high-quality guidance, results such as job offers, exam outcomes, or career changes cannot be guaranteed. Success depends on each client’s effort, participation, and circumstances.

7. Confidentiality

All client information, documents, and communication are kept strictly confidential and are never shared without written permission, except when legally required.

8. Group & Corporate Training

Group or company sessions may require separate agreements regarding pricing, scheduling, and teaching materials. A contract or proposal will be provided for corporate clients upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, worksheets, and resources provided during sessions are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or sold without permission.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, purchasing a package, or participating in coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
